Loans are subject to credit union membership eligibility, credit approval, and verification of information provided on the application. Other terms and conditions may apply. Terms and conditions subject to change at any time without prior notice.

1 For all Home Equity products closed with FAIRWINDS, FAIRWINDS will pay up to a maximum of $1,000 in total fees, which include the application fee, origination charge, appraisal, title insurance, settlement and search fees, recording fees, and mortgage document stamps. Any amount of the fees above $1,000 is the responsibility of the member. If the home equity loan/line is paid in full or the line closed within the first 36 months of the date of the loan, the borrower will be required to repay the amount of the closing cost paid by FAIRWINDS.

2 APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Your APR will be a variable APR based upon an index, plus a margin, for the remaining life of the line, subject to a maximum APR of 18.00%. The index is the most recently published Prime Rate as of on the first day of each calendar month in the "Money Rates" table in The Wall Street Journal. (If more than one index value is published, we will use the highest published index value.) Your margin will be based on several factors, including your credit history, loan to value ratio, property type, and lien status.
