How do I reset my personal Online/Mobile Banking password from a mobile device?

Follow the tutorial below to reset your Online/Mobile Banking password from a mobile device:

1. Open the FAIRWINDS Mobile App on your mobile device and tap select Forgot Login

2. Enter your phone number and username. This must be information already on file, linked to your existing account

3. Select Send me a new password

4. Check your text messages. We will send a text within moments to the phone number you entered. This text will include a temporary password.

5. Enter the temporary password

6. Click Confirm

7. Choose how you would like to confirm your identity. For the purpose of this tutorial, we will walk through the Text me option. However, if you would rather receive a call, tap Call me.

8. You will get a screen displaying the instructions for whichever method you chose.

10. Once you have confirmed your identity, re-enter the password that was texted to you in the Temporary Password field.

11. Enter your desired new password. Make sure to follow the password requirements listed below.

13. Click Change

14. You will be automatically directed into your mobile banking.
