To delete your FAIRWINDS Online and Mobile Banking account, please contact us via Secure Chat or Secure Email within Online Banking or the Mobile app, visit your nearest branch, or call Member Services at (800) 443-6887. Your account will be inactivated within 2 business days of your request. Ensure that you have canceled any scheduled or recurring transactions before submitting your request.
Please note that after your account is removed:
- You will no longer be able to log in to FAIRWINDS Online or the Mobile app.
- You will lose access to electronic copies of past account statements.
