Can I pay my escrow shortage/deficiency in full and have my mortgage payment lowered?

Yes, you may pay part or all of your shortage/deficiency to reduce your monthly escrow payment. If you choose to pay a portion of your shortage/deficiency, we will recalculate the escrow analysis to include the portion paid and mail/email a new statement to you. This statement usually arrives within 7 days of your deposit to escrow.
