How do I send a secure message in the Mobile App?

To send us a secure message from the Mobile App, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to the FAIRWINDS Mobile App
2. Select the More screen
3. Tap Send Message
4. Select New Message 

On normal business days, responses are typically sent within 24 business hours.
