How do I report fraud on my credit card in the Mobile App?

If you suspect unauthorized activity on your account, you can start the fraud claim via the Mobile App. To do so, follow the steps below:  

1. Log in to the FAIRWINDS Mobile App
2. Tap the More option
3. Select Card Management under Additional Services
4. Select Report Fraud

Here are some helpful tips before you report:

• Identify the potentially unauthorized transactions by reviewing your account activity.
• If possible, confirm that the transactions were not completed by other cardholders on the account.
