How do I order a new debit card design in Mobile Banking?

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the FAIRWINDS Mobile App 
2. Tap More at the bottom of the screen
3. Under Additional Services, choose Documents & Forms
4. Select the Debit Card Order Form
5. Complete the fields and submit
