Yes, you may re-PIN your card by calling 866.985.2273 from your day or evening phone on record.

You will need the following information to PIN your card: 

• Full Card number
• Last 4 of Social Security Number
• Day or evening phone number on file
• 3 digit CVV code on the back of the card
• Expiration Date
