How do I report fraud on my credit card in Online Banking?

If you suspect unauthorized activity on your account, you can start the fraud claim via FAIRWINDS Online. To do so, follow the steps below:  

1. Log in to FAIRWINDS Online
2. Select "Credit Card Management"
3. Select "Report Card Lost or Stolen" 
4. Follow the steps to start the claim

Here are some helpful tips before you report:

• Identify the potentially unauthorized transactions by reviewing your account activity.
• If possible, confirm that the transactions were not completed by other cardholders on the account.
