How do I add or change an account beneficiary in Mobile Banking?

You can add or change the beneficiary for your account via the FAIRWINDS Mobile App. To do so, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to the FAIRWINDS Mobile App 
2. Tap the More option
3. Under Additional Services, choose Documents & Forms
4. Select Payable on Death
5. Print, complete, and return the form to FAIRWINDS

Keep in mind the following: 

• Beneficiary designations are done PER account. 
• The document must be notarized, if not being signed in front of a FAIRWINDS representative, and is not valid until returned to FAIRWINDS. 
• Payout of your account funds after your death will only occur when there are no surviving joint owners on the account.
