My card is damaged. How can I order a new debit card in the Mobile App?

Debit card orders can be placed through the app and will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the FAIRWINDS Mobile App
  2. Select the More screen
  3. Choose Card Management
  4. Select the existing card
  5. Tap Replace a lost or damaged card
  6. Select Card is damaged

Please note that due to delays in shipping with the post office, it may take a few additional days to receive your new card.
