My card is damaged. How can I order a new debit card in Online Banking?

Debit card orders can be placed online and will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days. To do so, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to FAIRWINDS Online
  2. Select Additional Services and choose Documents & Forms 
  3. Select the Debit Card Order Online Form 
  4. Complete the fields and submit  

Please note that due to delays in shipping with the post office, it may take a few additional days to receive your new card.
