We understand that many of our members may be faced with unexpected expenses caused by the damage from Hurricane Milton. We are here to help with recovery solutions and give you peace of mind. Solutions include:
Consumer Loan Skip-A-Pay
You may be eligible to extend your next payment for the following FAIRWINDS loans:

To request a consumer loan Skip-A-Pay:
Log in to FAIRWINDS Online (Desktop)
Select Open Account from the blue menu bar
Select Skip A Pay, then the FAIRWINDS loan you are requesting an extension for.
Log in to the FAIRWINDS Mobile App
Select More
Select Skip A Pay, then the FAIRWINDS loan you are requesting an extension for.
Mortgage and Home Equity Assistance

Home Improvement Loan
Access funds more quickly for smaller repairs to your home with our Home Improvement Loan option.
Stay Vigilant Against Fraudsters
Be cautious of fraudsters who may try and take advantage of severe weather situations. They often try to create a sense of urgency or use scare tactics to get you to react quickly.
Remember, FAIRWINDS will never unexpectedly reach out through email, text, or phone calls and ask you to provide sensitive account information. If you receive a suspicious text message, phone call, or email, contact FAIRWINDS’ official phone number at (800) 443-6887 to validate or report the communication you received.
Additional Support
The United Way has the most up-to-date information about local assistance that may be available to you. They can help you find aid or assistance from various organizations, including FEMA. Contact them by dialing 211 from your phone or review resources online at Disaster Recovery | United Way 211.
Your insurer will need to evaluate any damage to your home before you submit a claim. Be sure to take photos of your property to document any damage. If your mortgage is with FAIRWINDS and you need a copy of your most recent insurance policy, please contact us at [email protected].
