Carol F. Denton (Incumbent)
During my 38 years of service as Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Director, I believe the Board has firmly established FAIRWINDS in Central Florida and continues to guide its responsible growth.
I completed multiple CUNA Volunteer Achievement Program and Volunteer Leadership Program courses and earned six awards. My education includes a BS, MA, post-graduate work in business, and additional coursework in project management, systems analysis, Equal Employment Opportunity, and labor relations. I have managed projects and people for the military and served on numerous boards providing direction. I would like to continue to focus FAIRWINDS on providing greater service through efficient operations, competitive pricing, and financial stability. Our technology and service channels must be continuously upgraded while maintaining financial soundness. I want to ensure our credit union remains focused on our members’ needs and maintains a personal touch while providing a good return on your deposits.

Elizabeth A. Krahmer (Incumbent)
As a proud FAIRWINDS member for over 30 years, I am deeply committed to the values and mission of credit unions – especially those upheld by FAIRWINDS. My service includes more than a decade on the FAIRWINDS Audit Committee and the past six years as a dedicated member of the Board of Directors.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Finance from the University of Central Florida. Professionally, I bring a strong financial background with roles such as Senior Accountant, Senior Financial Analyst, and Accounting Manager for two major Orlando-based employers. Earlier in my career, I worked as a bookkeeper, internal auditor, and district trainer for a large retail company. I have also been active in real estate through sales and investing.
Giving back to the community is a core value in my life. I serve as a Volunteer Child Advocate with the Brevard County Guardian Ad Litem program and volunteer with St. Vincent de Paul. My husband and I were foster parents in Brevard County, where we had the honor of fostering five children. We were blessed to adopt two siblings from that experience, growing our family to four children – and now, we are proud grandparents to a wonderful grandson.
I believe my combined experience in financial services, community involvement, and long-standing commitment to FAIRWINDS provides a strong foundation to continue serving our members with integrity and dedication. I am honored to support our collective journey toward financial freedom.
