BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES (the “Official Rules”), WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

Introduction

During the period beginning on September 15, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and concluding on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”), FAIRWINDS Credit Union (“Sponsor”) will sponsor the Financial Freedom Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents and Florida-based businesses. For individual entries, participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. For business entries, an authorized representative of the business must be at least 18 years of age and submit the entry on the business’s behalf.. Proof of eligibility will be required to claim prize(s). The following individuals, regardless of their ability to meet the above qualifications, do not qualify to enter or win the Sweepstakes: employees of Sponsor, immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children, grandparents, grandchildren) of employees of Sponsor, Sponsor’s Board of Directors, and Sponsor’s Board of Directors’ immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children, grandparents, grandchildren).

Sweepstakes Event Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 15, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and concluding on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Prizes: Eleven (11) Sweepstakes Winners will be selected from all eligible entries. The grand prize winner will receive $35,000 to be paid by Official Check payable to the grand prize winner. Ten (10) additional winners will each receive a fully funded $1,000 emergency savings account. If the winner does not want a FAIRWINDS savings account, they can opt for the prize winnings in the form of an official check. Prize values are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Proof of identification by valid Government-issued photo ID is required to claim the prize. Failure to claim the prize within 15 calendar days of being notified will result in forfeiture of the prize. If a winner does not claim their prize, forfeits rights, or does not meet eligibility requirements, Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner.

How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry:

New Account Entry: Open a FAIRWINDS consumer or business checking account and complete ten (10) debit card purchases that are each $10.00 or greater within 30 calendar days of account opening during the Sweepstakes Period. ATM withdrawals, account adjustments, returns, and fees do not qualify. Entries from unauthorized card use or purchases made with lost, stolen, or fraudulent debit cards are void.

Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): Send a handwritten 3” x 5” card with your first name, last name, residential/business address, daytime telephone number, and email address to:

If an AMOE entry does not provide first and last name, residential address (or, in case of a business, business address), and daytime telephone number, such entry will be deemed ineligible, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All AMOE entrants must be at least 18 years of age).

Entries must be received by December 31, 2025. No more than one (1) entry per person is allowed during the Sweepstakes Period. AMOE entries have an equal chance of winning. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or misplaced postcards. Any and all fees associated with the selected entry method are the sole responsibility of the individual entering the Sweepstakes.

Winner Selection and Random Drawing

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on February 9, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. ET at 135 W. Central Blvd., STE. 200, Orlando, FL 32801 [location of drawing] . The drawing will be conducted by a representative of FAIRWINDS Credit Union, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Winner Notification and Acceptance

Winners will be notified by phone or email. Winners must respond within 48 hours. Failure to reach a winner may result in disqualification and selection of a substitute winner. Prizes may be mailed upon written request. Winners must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release, and W-9 form. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Participation

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Submission of any Sweepstakes entry constitutes consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, biographical information, and photograph in advertising and promotions without further compensation.

Dispute Resolution

Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration; provided, prior to filing any arbitration, the party intending to file such a proceeding shall notify the other party in writing of the existence and the nature of the dispute. The parties each agree that within ten (10) business days of the other party's receipt of such notice, a representative of each party shall meet for a minimum of one (1) eight (8) hour day, or such shorter period of time if the dispute is more quickly resolved, in Orlando, Florida, in order to attempt to amicably resolve the dispute. If such informal dispute resolution attempts prove to be unsuccessful, the notifying party may initiate the dispute resolution procedures available as set forth herein. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the meeting and in no event shall either party be liable to the other for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of such meeting. Except as expressly set forth above, by entering this Sweepstakes, you specifically agree to waive your right to bring a court action and have a jury trial, that any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (the “AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (the “Arbitration Rules”) in effect at the time the demand for arbitration is filed., and that there will be no class claims in arbitration. Any such controversy or claim (whether a contract, tort, statutory, or regulatory claim or claim based on any other legal theory) initiated by you or the Sponsor against the other, or against any employee, agent, or assign of the other, shall be submitted to and resolved on an individual basis by binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and the Arbitration Rules. In the event AAA determines that any provision of this Agreement does not comply with applicable standards stated in the Consumer Due Process Protocol of the National Consumer Disputes Advisory Committee, the standards of the Protocol shall control. We will tell you how to contact the AAA and how to get a copy of the Arbitration Rules without cost if you ask us in writing to do so. Alternatively, you may contact the AAA directly at 1-800-778-7879 (toll free) or at www.adr.org. Except as otherwise set forth in the Consumer Arbitration Rules or applicable law, if you initiate a claim under the Consumer Arbitration Rules, you shall be responsible for paying a filing fee in the amount of $225. In all cases in which the Consumer Arbitration Rules apply, we shall be responsible for all administrative fees (including additional filing fees, case management fees, and hearing fees) and the compensation of the arbitrator. Arbitration claims shall be submitted and resolved on an individual basis, and the arbitrator will not consider, or address class claims brought by or on behalf of other persons, or award punitive or any other monetary damages other than the prevailing party’s actual damages. The arbitration of any claim of $150,000 or greater shall be conducted by a panel of three arbitrators. The arbitration of any claim of a lesser amount shall be conducted by one arbitrator. The arbitrators shall be selected from the AAA’s national roster of arbitrators by mutual agreement between you and us. If we cannot agree on the arbitrators, the procedure for appointment from the national roster as provided by Consumer Arbitration Rules shall apply.

By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree no claim may be joined with another dispute or lawsuit, or consolidated with the arbitration of another claim, or resolved on behalf of similarly situated persons, or brought as private attorney general or on another similar representative basis. For any claim subject to arbitration, you may not participate in a class action in court or in a class-wide arbitration, either as a plaintiff or claimant, class representative or class member.

The parties acknowledge that violation of these Official Rules would cause irreparable harm that would not be adequately compensable by monetary damages. In addition to other relief, it is agreed that preliminary and permanent injunctive relief will be available to prevent any actual or threatened violation of such provisions.
